Welcome to Quickhunt (developed and managed by WebContrive Technologies Pvt Ltd), a product feedback and updates platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and tools ("Services"). By using Quickhunt, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quickhunt, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific sections of our Services. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Changes to Terms
Quickhunt reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after any updates indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use Quickhunt only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Account Creation: You must create an account to access certain features of Quickhunt. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Content Submission: By submitting feedback, ideas, or other content to Quickhunt, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display that content as part of our Services.
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use Quickhunt for any illegal activities, to infringe on the rights of others, or to distribute harmful content such as malware or viruses.
4. Intellectual Property
Quickhunt retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including any and all intellectual property rights. You may not use Quickhunt’s branding, logos, or other proprietary information without our express written consent.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any feedback, comments, or content you submit to Quickhunt. However, by submitting content, you grant Quickhunt a license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content as part of our platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
6. Right to Cancel and Refund Policy
Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your agreement with Quickhunt within 14 days from the date of completing a transaction, without giving any reason.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision clearly via email at hi@quickhunt.app before the cancellation period expires.

Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel within the allowed period, we will refund all payments received from you, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, and no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.
Exception to the Right to Cancel
Your right to cancel does not apply if:
- You have already started using or accessing any digital content or services provided by Quickhunt.
- The services have already been fully performed with your prior express consent.
Refund Policy
Refunds outside the cancellation period are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding services that are not as described or are not fit for purpose.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Quickhunt at any time for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Quickhunt will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Quickhunt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quickhunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill resulting from your use of the platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quickhunt, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Quickhunt shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
